Registered delegates (Regular and Student) are entitled to a maximum of two papers.

(*) A valid student identification card or a letter from the Head of Department/Supervisor confirming student status must be sent to the conference secretariat after submitting the registration form (either by fax or e-mail).

Regular Registration: The Regular Conference Fee includes participation in all sessions, conference bag, ISBN Proceedings Book (published by Springer and indexed by Scopus), Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks, Gala reception and Gala dinner.

Student Registration: The Student Conference Fee includes participation in all sessions, conference bag, ISBN Proceedings Book (published by Springer and indexed by Scopus), Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks and Gala reception.

Accompanying persons: The Accompanying Persons Fee includes participation in all sessions, Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks and Gala reception.
